We’re in the business of delivering fun, not chaos. Here’s everything you need to know about how your Mystery Night In box gets from our hands to your doorstep.

Shipping Schedule

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your box hits the road. ​

Because good things take time (and logistics), please allow 5–7 business days for delivery after your box ships.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping within the UK

​

For international shipping (if we offer it), rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees? Sadly, those are on you.

Tracking Your Box

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If your box is taking a suspiciously long time to arrive, give it a few days—then email us at MysteryNightsIn@gmail.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it.

Lost or Stolen Boxes

If your tracking info says “delivered” but there’s no box to be found, check:

• Your porch

• Your mailbox

• With your neighbors

• Behind that weird plant you keep forgetting to water

Still missing? Let us know within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll investigate. Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement or issue credit.
